Club Clean Services

Our History

Club Clean Services began its journey in 1993 when Peter and Kerrie Raper founded the company. Within just two weeks, they secured their first club cleaning contract and employed a team of 9 dedicated cleaners. Their commitment to delivering top-tier work and building strong client relationships quickly led to the acquisition of a second club within a month.
 

With hard work, dedication, and long hours, Club Clean Services flourished, expanding its reach and reputation throughout the Sydney area. In 2007, Brent Raper, Peter, and Kerrie's son, joined the company and underwent comprehensive on-the-job training in all facets of the cleaning industry - from cleaning toilets to becoming a supervisor.
 

Today, Brent Raper proudly serves as the owner operator of Club Clean Services, upholding the same high standards and values that have been the cornerstone of our success for over two decades. As Operations Manager Matthew is responsible for oversee-ing the day-to-day operations of the business. His main goal is to ensure the business runs efficiently to meet its objectives. Matthew is responsible for implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth business operations, setting and monitoring performance targets for Club Clean Services clients and employees, supervising and managing employees to ensure that they are productive, motivated and performing at their best, Planning and coordinating resources to meet production and services demand, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and communicating with Club Clean Services top tier management.

Administration Coordinator

The backbone of our operations as the Administration Co-ordinator at Club Clean Services. Nikkole has a keen eye for detail and a passion for organisation, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled with precision and efficiency. Her years of experience and dedication to excellence have made her an invaluable asset to our team. From managing schedules to providing exceptional customer service, Nikkole's friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills make her a valuable point of contact for both our clients and team members. With Nikkole's guidance, you can trust that all administrative aspects of our cleaning solutions will be seamlessly taken care of, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Ganesh Baniya 
Team Leader

Ganesh has been working in the cleaning industry for 8 years and brings a wealth of knowledge regarding processes, communication skills, cleaning professionalism as well as excellent leadership and people management. 


As our new team leader, he will be responsible for training and supervising staff and making sure all Club Clean employees follow company policies, procedures and directions. He will be assigning tasks, rostering cleaners schedules, monitoring cleaning equipment and supplies, using quality controlling auditing systems along with any other requests that Club Clean executive staff require.
